Really simple process. I took a screen shot of the watch from the Ali Express website, then edited it in PowerPoint. In the pictures you can see the process, I sent them an email with a breakdown of the text style, font and where I wanted everything to line up. They sent me an initial draft which required a few tweaks (including me changing the anchor symbol) but they responded quickly and confirmed with me twice before submitting the final design. The process from purchase to shipping took less than 2 weeks. On the watch itself, the print is really crisp and just as the digital image. I am very happy with the product and have ordered 2 more custom designs as a result.

I received this beautiful watch on Friday. It has exceeded my expectations. The modifications to the bezel and bracelet and clasp are especially good it really feels like a Rolex on the wrist. As far as I can tell after only 2days the PT5000is keeping very good time about +or- 5 seconds per day. I had a custom dial and that is superb worth the extra time that this takes. Communication would be better if it was all done on email for the customisation process. This was very confusing.

The custom dial service was excellent, I was able to provide a JPG and the SM staff were able to transpose that to the dial without any issues. I can't supply pics of the watch because of the personal info I had printed but I'm stoked with it.
